There is such a large selection of rims that there are almost never the right adapter plates to fit your vehicle. This is over now!
With our configurator, we offer you the possibility to put together bolt circle adapters and wheel spacers according to your desired dimensions.

Facts and scope of delivery:

All plates are made of high-strength aircraft aluminum and are delivered with engraving on the plate and a technical certificate from TÜV (technical report) delivered. This allows registration by individual acceptance. The scope of delivery is regulated by the number of pieces you choose (selected number of pieces 1 piece = 1 plate and the necessary mounting screws to fix the plate to the scar). The mounting screws to fix the bolt circle adapters to the vehicle are delivered in such a way that the thread looks 20mm out of the plate. Please check if the length is sufficient so that the screw goes completely through the wheel hub and engages in all threads.

And this is how it works:

Just select your vehicle below. We make a pre-selection of vehicle data which are listed in our database. Some fields are already filled out automatically. If your vehicle is not listed or you have a motorbike or quad you can also make the selection manually. You can choose the bolt circle adapter/track width from 20mm thickness per side in 1mm steps. This is especially useful if you want to achieve a maximum width of your vehicle. With this you are no longer bound to straight dimensions. When you have filled out all required fields you can put your desired quantity into the shopping cart and pay there. We manufacture all adapter plates with thread for the rims, so that the rims can always be fixed with wheel bolts.

The plates are clearly more favorable in the production and thus for you more favorably.
With defective wheel bolts, the change is an enormous effort. The plate must be completely dismantled and the knurled bolt pressed out. This is not necessary for wheel bolts. Just order a new screw and you are done!
You have a much larger selection of wheel bolts for your desired rim, the selection of wheel nuts is much smaller.

I cannot select my vehicle for the bolt circle / PCD adapter, can Epytec still produce it?
Yes of course you can configure it through our homepage. Just click on \ "my vehicle is not in the list \", then you can enter your vehicle data.
What about the return right/policy, if something is wrong?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, as we make them exactly to your specifications and custom-made products are excluded from return by our terms and conditions.
Can we choose different plate thicknesses, front and back? For example 20 mm at the front and 30 mm at the rear.
Yes, just put 2x in the shopping cart, with 20 mm and again 2x in the shopping cart and select with 30 mm
How does the registration with the technical inspection work?

Which wheel bolts do I have to use for the bolt circle adapters that I have ordered from you?
All plates are made of high-strength AW-7075 aircraft aluminum and are supplied with engraving on the plate and a material certificate. This enables registration by individual approval, even for series production vehicles. The scope of delivery is determined by the quantity you select (selected quantity 1 piece = 1 plate and the required mounting screws). The mounting screws for attaching the bolt circle adapters to the vehicle are supplied so that the thread protrudes 20 mm from the plate. Please check whether the length is sufficient for the screw to pass completely through the wheel hub and engage in all threads.

We do not have any wheel bolts, the reason is that each rim requires different wheel bolts, we cannot possibly cover all rim types here, so you must always obtain these yourself (see the rim manufacturer's specifications)
How often do I have to pay the express surcharge if I have several products in one order or place several orders?
You only have to pay the express surcharge once per order. However, if you complete the order and place a new order, an express surcharge will apply again. The express surcharge therefore applies per order, not per product.
With which torque are our Epytec bolt circle adapters screwed tight?
To attach the bolt circle adapters to the wheel hub, the same torque is used as original, this is usually between 120 and 140NM.
If you are not sure, it must be asked at the vehicle manufacturer.
The rim is always attached to the bolt circle adapter with the torque that the rim manufacturer specifies. There is a data sheet for each rim, which specifies the tightening torque.
If the data sheet is no longer available, the values must be requested from the rim manufacturer.
