High resistant bolt circle adapter.Tailor-made for all VW with 4x100mm bolt circle and centering hole of 57,1mm.
Fits for any kind of Audi wheel rim with 5x112mm fixaton.
- Enlargement on each wheel : 20mm
- Enlargement of lane on axle : 40mm
- Mesure inner centering on bolt circle VW : 57,1mm
- Mesure outer centering on bolt circle Audi: 57,1mm
- Thread in adapter plate for wheel bolts: M14 x 1.5
All components are made of high-quality aluminum and steel alloy and all screws supplied are high-strength (10.9).
Technical information for installation:
Fix the delivered adapter with 3 screws on the wheel hub.The eccentric has to be fixed in the 4th hole and then adjusted in the right position to adapt it on bolt circle.
To finish fix the wheel rim with the 5 screws.This will give stability to the whole installation.

Due to the TÜV certificate (technical report) included in the scope of delivery, a registration can be carried out by individual acceptance.

You will receive bolt circle adapters for one axle when your vehicle is fully equipped. Please buy the item 2x, the item is also available with a thickness of 25mm, so you can put together your set in the thickness you require.

Leider war ein Artikel fehlerhaft. Abwicklung und Ersatzlieferung aber absolut problemlos.

Habe 2 Sätze bestellt. Der erste Satz ließ sich problemlos montieren. Beim 2ten Satz hat sich eine Befestigungsschraube rundgedreht. Diese konnte nur mit erheblichem Arbeitsaufwand wieder entfernt werden. Ich arbeite nur mit Qualitätswerkzeug von Gedore und Snap-On. Nachdem das Problem gelöst war habe ich die Räder montiert. In einer Adapterplatte waren 2 Gewinde für die Radschrauben extrem schlecht geschnitten. Der Dremo hat schon ausgelöst bevor der Kugelkopf der Radschrauben in der Felgenaufnahme angekommen war. Eigentlich mag ich so nicht mit dem Auto fahren.

Top Qualität, einfache Montage, Materialgutachten könnte etwas besser sein, etwas Kompliziert und eine Zeichnung der Platten dazu wäre nicht schlecht.
- Which wheel bolts do I have to use for the bolt circle adapters that I have ordered from you?
We provide screws for screwing the LK adapter onto the hubs. We don't have wheel bolts. The reason is that each rim needs different wheel bolts. So we cannot cover all types of rims. Therefore, you always have to get these yourself (see information from the rim manufacturer)
- With which torque are our Epytec bolt circle adapters screwed tight?
To attach the bolt circle adapters to the wheel hub, the same torque is used as original, this is usually between 120 and 140NM.
If you are not sure, it must be asked at the vehicle manufacturer.
The rim is always attached to the bolt circle adapter with the torque that the rim manufacturer specifies. There is a data sheet for each rim, which specifies the tightening torque.
If the data sheet is no longer available, the values must be requested from the rim manufacturer.
