Brembo brake caliper adapter to be able to use the Porsche Cayenne ZR18 / ZL18 6-piston brake caliper in conjunction with the Mercedes CLK 360x32mm brake discs on the front axle of the Opel Astra G OPC.
The adapters fit the following vehicles with wheel bearing housing part number: 5308012 / 5308013 :
- Opel Astra G CC
- Opel Astra G Caravan
- Opel Astra G Limousine
- Opel Zafira A
- Opel Astra G Coupe
- Opel Astra G Cabrio

Required components:
- Brake calipers Porsche Cayenne ZR18 ZL18 part no. 95535142153 / 95535142253
- Brake discs from Mercedes CLK 361x32 mm part number 2094210112
- Brake disc must be rebored to 5x110 and the hub diameter must be turned up to 70mm (can also be done in-house)
- the brake pads must be machined approx. 4mm on the outer edge, otherwise they will protrude beyond the brake disc.
Scope of delivery:
- 2 x brake caliper adapters for the Opel Astra G CC, Caravan, Saloon, Coupe, Convertible, Zafira A
- Set of high-strength bolts
- Template to check whether the brake system fits under your wheel rim
- Material certificate
The minimum tyre size must be 19 inches.

- Welche Felgengröße du nach deinem Bremsenumbau fahren kannst, können wir pauschal nicht beantworten. Es gibt einfach zu viele unterschiedliche Felgen. Es kann in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass die Felgen am Bremssattel minimal anliegt, dann können einfach Spurverbreiterungen verwendet werden.

Wir empfehlen durch den deutlich besseren Wirkungsgrad auf Stahlflexleitugen zu wechseln, eigens für diese Funktionsweise haben wir dafür einen Stahlflexkonfigurator entwickelt, indem du diese nach deinen Wünschen zusammenstellen und anschließend verlegen kannst.

- Can I also use other brake discs as specified in the required components?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
