The customer's request / problem:
it concerns a Porsche 924 (yoc 1980)
This model series has a different wheel mount, as is usually the case with Porsche (4x108 instead of 5x130). Therefore, Franz could not simply convert to other Porsche rims as before plug & play. The 17" Cup wheel (5x130) rims had always been on his wish list.

Production
After approval by Franz, we now mill the bolt circle tuning adapter for the Porsche 924 year 1980 to a precise fit. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The bolt circle tuning adapter returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Franz. He mounted everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new bolt circle tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
Hello Jürgen,
After you corrected the centre holes again, I was able to mount everything yesterday. Thanks again for the quick correction. A small problem arose when mounting the 20mm plates on the rear axle. The phase on the inside of the centre hole was not wide enough and the adapter plate did not want to lie flat on the drum. But I was able to fix this easily by grinding the phase a little bit with the Dremel. So much for that, and now here are a bunch of pictures of the final result, which I am very happy with (by the way, I have owned the car for 29 years now...).
