Unser Kunde Johannes benötigt ein neues Hitzeschutzblech für den Abgaskrümmer seines Ford (E510D 928F-9N454 BA), da das Originalteil nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Anhand eines Musters haben wir eine Zeichnung erstellt und ein 3D-Modell gedruckt, um die Passgenauigkeit zu testen. Da das alte Bauteil verzogen war, wurden Änderungen vorgenommen. Nach erfolgreichem Test wurde das Hitzeschutzblech bei uns gelasert und gekantet, um eine perfekte Passform zu gewährleisten. Das fertige Bauteil ging anschließend an Johannes zur finalen Montage.
