Brake caliper adapter for front axle brake disc system to fix Porsche /Brembo ZR17 6 piston brake calipers with R32 brake disc,diameter 334 x 32mm on all VW with bolt circle connection 5x100 on the front axle. Installed in e.g

 Required material for installation:

  • Brake calipers from the Porsche Cayenne or VW Tuareg (17 inch variant) part number: 7L6 615 123 T and 7L6 615 124 T
  • Brake pads are used by the 18 inch calipers Item No: 7L0 698 151 J
  • Brake discs from the Golf 4 R32 334x32 mm part number 1J0 615 301AA and 1J0 615 302 A

Scope of delivery:

  • 2 high resistant adapter-plates allowing the installation of the brake calipers and disc(see photo)
  • 1 Complete set of high resistant srews
  • Template to check whether the brake system fits under your rim
  • Certificate of material;proves the conformity of our product in Germany and simplifies authorization by authorities.
  • Stress analysis / FEM calculation for entry

Tips, information and advice:

  • To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
  • For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
  • We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description.   • Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, which you can use to assemble and then install them according to your requirements.   • The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

  • No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
