Brake caliper adapter with special wheel hubs to drive the rear brake calipers from the Golf Mk4 V6 R32 Audi S3 8L, combined with the front 280mm brake discs from the VW Golf Mk4 on the rear axle.

technology:
Using the original Polo 9N wheel hubs, the 280 mm brake discs are centered and screwed. The original wheel bearings from the Polo 9N can still be used.
Required components:
- brake caliper: left VW reference 8N0615423C, roight VW Teilenummer 8N0615424C
- brake caliper mounting bracket VW reference 8N0 615 425 B or painted in blue from the R32: 1J0 615 425 F.
- stub axle from Polo 6N GTI (also available in our shop, item number APA213)
- wheel hub from Polo 9N reference: 6Q0598611
- brake disc: front disc from Golf 4 280x22 mm reference: 1J0 615 301 E

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- We cannot give you a general answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims. In rare cases, it can happen that the rims have minimal contact with the brake caliper, in which case you can simply use wheel spacers. >> Go directly to customised wheel spacers <<
- Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
