Bremssattel Adapter für die Golf 4 Baureihe auf die Cayenne ZR18 6-Kolben Bremssättel in Verbindung mit den original Audi RS4 B7 365x34mm Bremsscheiben.
Die Adapter passen für folgende Fahrzeuge :
- Audi A1 (8X)
- Audi A3 (8L)
- Audi TT (8N)
- VW Golf 4
- VW Bora
- VW Beetle
- Seat Ibiza
- Seat Leon
- VW Polo 6r (WRC)
Da die RS4 Bremsscheibe durch die hohe Gesamthöhe am Querlenker anstehen würde haben wir 8mm Spurplatten entwickelt, die unter die Bremsscheibe montiert werden. Damit wandern die Bremsscheiben weiter raus. Außerdem wird die Bremsscheibe mit diesen Spurplatten perfekt auf dem Achsschenkel zentriert. Die Spurplatten sind selbstverständlich im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Wichtig!:
Der Adapter ist nur passend mit den Gussquerlenkern OE: 8N0 407 151 A.
Diese sind serienmäßig im Golf 4 R32, Audi S3 8L, und Audi TT 8N 1.8T und den Quattro Modellen verbaut. Bei allen anderen Modellen der Golf 4, Audi A3 Baureihe muss auf diesen Gussquerlenker umgebaut werden da sonst kein Lenkeinschlag mehr möglich ist. Ebenso muss der Stabi OE: 1J0411305AF mit umgebaut werden bei den Fahrzeugen die nicht Standardmäßig den Gussquerlenker verbaut haben.
Die passenden Querlenker haben wir im passenden Zubehör und können direkt mit bestellt werden.
Die Problematik mit dem Querlenker betrifft nur die Umbauten auf Z18 und Z17 Bremssättel. Bei allen anderen Adapter die wir noch haben wie z.B. Umbau auf 4 Kolben Porsche Boxter, Audi TTRS oder 6-Kolben Porsche Panamera Bremssattel für die Golf 4 Audi A3 Baureihe passen die Adapter mit allen Querlenkern.
Vorteile dieser Bremsanlage:
- Extreme Verzögerungswerte auch in Verbindung mit unserer Hinterachsbremsanlage
- Durch das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Materialzertifikat kann eine Eintragung per Einzelabnahme auch bei Serienfahrzeugen ermöglicht werden
- Direkt passend an die oben genannten Modelle und daher jederzeit problemlos wieder in den Originalzustand rückrüstbar
- Unsere EPYTEC Bremssattel Adapter erfordern keine Einsendung von euren Serienteilen, kein umschweißen, umfräsen oder umbohren

- Bremsbeläge vom Z17 Bremssattel, Teilenummer: 7L0698151
- diese müssen zwingend verbaut werden, da die Bremsbeläge vom Z18 Bremssattel am Bremsscheibentopf anstehen und nicht monterit werden können in Verbindung mit der 365x34mm Bremsscheibe
- Bremsscheiben vom Audi RS4 B5 365x34 mm Teilenummer: 8E0615301AB
- Adapter nur passend mit Original Traggelenken.
- Lochkreis Umbohren der Bremsscheiben von 5x112 auf 5x100 (auch bei uns im Hause machbar, hier klicken)

- Welche Felgengröße du nach deinem Bremsenumbau fahren kannst, können wir pauschal nicht beantworten. Es gibt einfach zu viele unterschiedliche Felgen. Es kann in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass die Felgen am Bremssattel minimal anliegt, dann können einfach Spurverbreiterungen verwendet werden.
>> Jetzt direkt zu Spurverbreiterungen nach Wunsch << - Den Adapter mit den benötigten Komponenten zu verbauen um anschließend zu prüfen, ob ggf. neue Bremsleitungen benötigt werden, da es je nach Modell sein kann, das die alten nicht lang genug sind, oder vom Anschluss her nicht passen. Wir empfehlen durch den deutlich besseren Wirkungsgrad auf Stahlflexleitugen zu wechseln, eigens für diese Funktionsweise haben wir dafür einen Stahlflexkonfigurator entwickelt, indem du diese nach deinen Wünschen zusammenstellen und anschließend verlegen kannst.
