Brake caliper adapter, rear axle, for the models Golf R32 Audi S3 to install the Phaeton brake dics 335x22 mm, combined with the original caliper R32 / S3
Suitable for the following vehicles (4WD only):
- VW Golf 4 R32
- Audi S3
- Audi TT quattro 8N
- VW Bora 4 Motion
- VW Polo 6R WRC
- Seat Leon

Required components:
- internally vented brake discs 335x22 of VW Phaeton, reference: 3D0 615 601 D (the 5x112 PCD must be modified to 5x100, what we can do ourselves in our workshops)
- rear axle brake caliper with bracket from Audi S3 8L or VW Golf R32
- on the handbrake cable, some of the sheathing must be removed in front of the wishbone, then you can pull the cable in a little further

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, which you can use to assemble and then install them according to your requirements. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
