6 speed 4Motion 4WD gearbox kit to convert into a 2WD front-wheel drive.
With our kit, the 6 speed 02M gearbox can be installed on any 2WD front-wheel drive vehicle. The 6 speed gearbox can be easily coupled with all current VW VR6 engines such as 1.8T 16V G60. It is significantly more stable than 02A other 02J 5 speed gearbox.
The following drive shafts are required for this purpose:
- For Golf 4 drive shaft left click here
- For Golf 4 drive shaft right click here
- For Golf 3 Plus axle click here
- For Golf 2 3 narrow click here
- For Golf 1 click here
Function:
The transfer box is removed and instead our plate is fixed with screws to the 4 mounting points of the transfer box. The oil lines are closed with the seals / gaskets delivered by us.
Assembly advice:
So that the O-rings hold effectively during the assembly, simply apply a little grease to the grooves provided for this purpose.
Required components:
- 1x short drive shaft flange, reference: 02M 409 356 A
- 1x seal / gasket 02M 409 189
This is definitely the best and simplest solution to convert the 02M 6 speed gearbox into 2-wheel drive. The other advantage is that this system can be restored at any time to the original state, because nothing has been modified on the gearbox or on the mounting parts.

Bestellung, Lieferung, ist alles super abgelaufen! Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Verpackung welche wirklich sehr hochwertig war, und vor allem vom Kundenservice. Ich wurde, auch wenn ich nicht alle Mails entgegen nehmen konnte, diverse Male gefragt ob alles gut gelaufen wäre und ob ich noch Fragen hätte. Qualität des Produktes einfach nur TOP! Auf jeden Fall der richtige Ansprechpartner was Adapter und diverse andere Komponenten betrifft. Kann mich nur bedanken.

Alles is 1a gelaufen. Das es so etwas gibt. Nicht so sehr das product empfehlen, epytec total mitt seine gute losüngen fur upgrade probleme. Vielleicht die emails entfernen nach den kauf nicht mehr senden. Wenn kunden info brauchen melde Soe sich an ihre adresse. Dann ist ihre hilfe sehr gewönscht. Ich kenne epytec schon lange und habe mehrmalls gearbeitet mitt ihre adapter usw. Gar nicht skeptisch, epytec hatt eine gute "nahme" im vag scene. Habe meine adapter noch nicht montiert aber es seht gut aus. Mach so weiter.
