Conversion kit to convert the Syncro rear axle from Golf Corrado and Vento MK3 to the Haldex differential from S3 R32 TT, etc.
With our perfectly adapted mounting bracket, which you simply weld to your standard Syncro rear axle, you can simply mount the Haldex system of the S3 R32 onto the original Syncro axle.
Haldex reference: 02D 525 554 J
The big advantage of our conversion kit is that the cardan shaft from the Audi TT 8N (MK1)
The Haldex system is designed in such a way that the large Hardy flexible disc and the large stabilizer can be used. Furthermore, the drive shafts are almost straight. As a result, the joints are perfectly relieved.

Sehr netter Kontakt , Der Bausatz ist sehr gut passend und die Anleitung wer eine brauch auch hilfreich Kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen wer seinen Golf ⅔ ,Passat 35i von Syncro auf haldex umrüsten möchte und nicht die Möglichkeit hat selbst was zu fertigen. Auch von der Qualität der Verarbeitung und der Material Beschaffenheit ist der satz super👍🏼 . Haldex sitzt jetzt sauber in meinem Cabrio nun gehts an anderen Stellen weiter. - Would you do any welding modifications / re-welding on an axle for yourself?
Basically it would be possible. However, everything must be measured and adjusted on the vehicle. You will then have to make welding points in the appropriate places so that it is well fixed. Can you also send us the axle with the parts to be welded marked with the fixing points?
- Which cardan shaft must be used?
The cardan shaft from the Audi TT MK1 is used that fits Plug & Play. You can find suitable drive shafts in our shop.
