The engine mounting bracket is necessary if you want to convert to 4 Motion in the VW Golf MK2, MK3, Passat, Corrado, Jetta, Vento..
The original aluminum engine bracket is too "bulky" and sinks too much down. Accordingly, the drive shaft head and the gaiters permanently rub against the aluminum mount. So it's a matter of time until your shaft breaks down. With our engine mounting bracket you will not have any problems anymore.
