Complete conversion kit for Golf MK2 and Mk 3 to 5 speed gearbox 02A 02J with counter bracket (transmission support)
Our kit is necessary for the conversion of engine and transmission from Golf MK2 to G60 16V VR6 TDI 1,8T engines.
With this kit, you can convert the original transmission with hydraulic control of the new models on the Golf MK3 and MK4 in mechanical clutch.
Thanks to our kit, you avoid a difficult installation of the hydraulically controlled gearbox.
Our kit includes control bearing, reference 02A 141 708 B (is no longer in the assortment of VW), which fits 100% to the 5 speed gearbox.
Delivery:
- 1x original control clutch bearing of VW to install all cable gearbox (02A and 02J) onto G60 VR6 1,8T engines
- 1x clutch cable
- 1x counter bracket for clutch cable

Hat im Grunde gepasst, allerdings mit Anpassung. Der Stecker der Kl. 50, am Starter ging nicht mehr drauf. Da musste der Kontakt umgebaut werden. Dann passt es und die Kupplung funktioniert. Ich bin froh, daß es das Produkt gibt.

Preis Leistungs Verhältniss und Qualität ist sehr gut. Schnelle Lieferung und bei fragen waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und an Problemlösung interessiert Zum Einbau und Handhabung kann ich noch keine Aussage machen ist noch im Bau aber das Material sieht schon sehr hochwertig aus.

Gute Verarbeitung. Nacharbeiten notwendig. In Kombination mit der originalen Halterung schlägt der Schaltturm an. daher wird eine zusätzliche Einkerbung benötigt. Einstellen des Kupplungsseil ist leider etwas mühsam.
