Our baffle plate EPYTEC made of 1.5mm thick steeli s laser precision cut and fits perfectly into all 1.6L-2.0L G60 16V and 16Turbo oil pans.
The plates are absolutely necessary if you like fast driving in the curves without your engine being damaged. By welding these plates into your pan / sump, you will prevent the oil from foaming / swelling. And youcan prevent that air enters in the circuit.
Another advantage is the additional stability of the oil pan. This can give just the necessary safety when the oil pan is sometimes unstable.

Verarbeitung der Bleche sieht sehr gut aus und stabil. Bleche mussten aber leider bei der Ölpumpe nachgearbeitet werden, auch die Aussparung für den Ansaugschnorchel hat schlecht gepasst. Ich hätte die Schwallbleche gerne in Verbindung mit dem Ölhobel vom TDI verbaut, weshalb ich die Bleche oben noch etwas kürzen hätte müssen. Dies ist wegen dem eingelaserten Epytec-Schriftzug aber leider auch nicht möglich, da die Buchstaben dann zur Hälfte weggeschnitten werden müssten und dies dann sehr verpfuscht aussehen würde!

Für den Strassengebrauch ausreichend . Aber für Rennsport nur bedingt zu Empfehlen da das Öl noch zu viel Bewegung in der Wanne hat . Verbessern würde ich den Zuschnitt an der Oberseite der Teile damit der Ölhobel vom TDI mitverwendet werden kann , um ein Öl kontakt mit der Kurbelwelle zu vermeiden .

Die Schwallbleche sind gut schweißbar und von der Qualität her in Ordnung. Das erste Blech unter der Ölpumpe musste etwas nachgearbeitet werden, da das Druckregelventil der Pumpe das Blech an einer Stelle berührt hat. Die anderen Bleche haben super gepasst!
