Gearbox cradle for gearbox exchange. For installation of gearbox typ 02M with 6 gears standard to mount from the R32 / V6 to the 1.8T or VR6 or 16V engine in the Golf 2 3 Passat Corrado Jetta Vento.
Due to the stable construction and the accuracy of fit, the gearbox holder can be attached to the original bracket, which means that a precise fit of the gearbox can be guaranteed. This means that no welding is required on the body, which saves you a lot of time during the conversion.

- Do I need longer screws or can the old ones remain in place?
Longer screws are not necessary up to a degree angular value of 1.5 °. It is only from 2 ° that the plate has a thickness of 5 mm at the most resistant point. Screws longer than 5 mm must then be fixed.
- Why does the transmission mount not fit on my 02m transmission?
If the transmission mount does not fit the mounting points of your 02m transmission, the problem is this: You have the 02m transmission from a Seat Ibizia, Fabia or VW Polo. These 02M transmissions are relatively rare and are different from the 02M transmissions in the VW Golf, Audi A3 etc..
