Brake caliper adapter, front axle for Golf MK1 Polo G40 to convert to G60 ATE / Girling 54 brake calipers, combined with the G60 280x22 brake discs.

Required components:
- brake disc: G60 280x22
- brake caliper: G60 ATE / Girling 54
- brake caliper mounting bracket: G60 ( important: it must necessarily be the bracket of the 280 brake, and not of the 256. The 256 are too short)

The brake caliper carriers were developed in such a way that you no longer have to install an adapter to install the G60 system on your vehicle.
You can mount the brake calipers and brake caliper brackets directly on your vehicle.
What is the difference between item number 216 and 142'
The hole dimensions of the two tuning adapters are identical. We recommend always to install the article 216, because it is more stable. The tuning adapter 142 we have developed for the VW Polo axle, since this is slightly different in shape and the tuning adapter 216 can not be installed.

Tips, information and hints:
- For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
- We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
- In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.

Sehr gute Qualität und passgenau ! Die Hülsen sind etwas nervig, das hätte man eleganter lösen können, dann wäre es perfekt. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für einen schnellen und einfachen Bremsenumbau.

Super Qualität. Passt sehr gut. Auf jedenfall zum weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko, die 2 Adapter haben je eine andere Farbe, beeinträchtigt aber die Funktionalität nicht.
