Brake caliper adapter, front axle, on models Audi 100 200 and Audi V8, for conversion to Porsche Cayenne ZR 18 brake caliper, combined with the brake discs Mercedes 350x32mm.
Suitable for all models with UFO suspension strut / coilover.
We have included the adapters in our assortment with our partner 5-inline, Imkerweg 26, in 32832 Augustdorf. They like to install the adapters for you and also take care of the TÜV inspection (german technical inspection).

Required components:
- brake disc: Mercedes 350x32 , reference 164 421 1412
- brake caliper: Porsche Cayenne Z18 , reference 95535142153 / 95535142253
- wheel hub and axle journal have to be slightly modified
- it must be ensured that the calipers has enough air at the ends, if already varnished several times, then if necessary, easily sand the edge
- The brake disc must be screwed on at the hub bore to 68mm

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

Klasse das sich mal Jemand Gedanken um so Nischenkarren wie den Audi V8 gemacht hat und was passendes ohne viel Gedööööns für die Bremse anbietet, da die Preistreiberrei bei den S4 oder S6 Federbein-Radlagergehäusen ja kaum noch Finanzierbar ist oder man den Übelsten Schrott kaufen muss. Optisch als auch vom Material her scheint das Ganze recht wertig und man kann die Gute Deutsche Wertarbeit sehen. Bin mal gespannt da die Nabenbohrung bei den Bremsscheiben ja wohl noch abgedreht werden muss, wer mir das macht. Mal sehen ich freu mich schon auf den Umbau und hoffentlich passen die Stahlflexleitungen auch noch zu den ZR18 Bremssätteln.

Produkt wirkt sehr solide. Wird einerdings erst nächstes Jahr im März verbaut. Ich freue mich schon ungemein auf den Umbau. :)

Super Lösung, gerade weil die ewige Suche nach hp2 Federbeinen entfällt. Leider nicht mehr auf Original Rückrüstbar, da die obere Bohrung für die UFO Bremse nahezu entfernt werden muss. Allerdings will man die Bremse auch nicht wieder missen. Hab mir andere Hülsen machen lassen zum ausrichten des Bremssattels, da dieser nach dem Umbau etwas aussermittig zur Bremsscheibe sitzt und diese somit unten zum schleifen neigt. Ich gebe Bescheid wie es passt und ob es funktioniert wie ich mir das denke. Nur zu empfehlen, preislich nicht teurer als neue UFO bzw. Umbau auf Hp2 mit geilem Ergebnis!!!

Produkt ist echt gut aber der Bremssattel kann nicht symetrisch verbaut werden Ab der unteren Seite ist er sehr nah an der Bremsscheibe. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

- What exactly has to be done on the steering knuckle?
The original caliper is attached to the UFO shock absorber with 3 screws. The third fixation at the top should be removed and the small offset on the steering knuckle should be rectified by being sharped flat so that the adapter lay flat.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
