With this high performance brake kit you can use the Porsche ZR17 ZL17 6-piston Brembo calipers in combination with the 334x32 mm brake discs from Golf 4 R32 on the Golf 4 , Audi A3 serie and many other cars
Another advantage of our brake system kit is that it is equipped with the same original brake calipers and brake discs that are installed in series-production cars. These OE parts not only make the replacement of the brakes simple and uncomplicated, but also facilitate the registration with the TÜV.
The big brake kit is not only sporty, but also suitable for everyday use and, thanks to the perforated sports brake discs in conjunction with our ceramic lining, enables ideal performance while reducing brake dust, temperature and wear.

The high performance big brake kit is suitable for the following cars with wheel bearing diameter 75mm (OE number: 8D0 407 257 AC / 8D0 407 257 AL)

Important!
The adapter is only suitable with the cast wishbones OE: 8N0 407 151 A.
These are fitted as standard in the Golf 4 R32, Audi S3 8L, and Audi TT 8N 1.8T and the Quattro models. For all other models of the Golf 4 and Audi A3 series, this cast wishbone must be used, otherwise no steering angle is possible. The stabiliser OE: 1J0411305AF must also be converted for the cars that do not have the cast wishbone installed as standard.
We have the matching wishbones in the matching accessories and they can be ordered directly.
The problem with the wishbone only concerns the conversions to Z18 and Z17 brake calipers. With all other adapters that we still have, such as conversion to 4-piston Porsche Boxster, Audi TTRS or 6-piston Porsche Panamera brake calipers for the Golf 4 Audi A3 series, the adapters fit with all wishbones.

Sollte ich die Anker- bzw. Staubbleche entfernen?
Wir empfehlen das Entfernen der Bleche, da sie die Belüftung einschränken. Ohne diese Barriere wird die Bremse effizienter gekühlt und bleibt auch bei starker Beanspruchung leistungsfähig.
Wie erleichtere ich mir die Felgenmontage?
Mit Radmontagehilfen gelingt das Ausrichten und Aufsetzen der Felge einfacher und präziser. Das schützt Gewinde und Felge und spart Zeit.
Benötige ich Spurverbreiterungen nach dem Umbau?
Welche Felgengröße passt, lässt sich pauschal nicht sagen. Streift die Felge minimal am Bremssattel, schaffen Spurverbreiterungen den nötigen Abstand.
Brauche ich neue Bremsleitungen?
Für optimale Passform und stabile Bremswirkung empfehlen wir Stahlflex. Diese sind konfigurierbar und liefern konstantere Ergebnisse als Gummileitungen.
