Our customer Franz would like to install the following brake system from PORSCHE 911 (997) 3.8 Carrera S / GTS [2009-2011] with these components on the front axle:
- brake disc 380x30 mm from Porsche 991 GT3 part no.: 991.351.405.81
- brake caliper from Porsche 991 GT3 / GT3RS / GT2RS / 718 Cayman GT4 part no.: 991.351.429 / 991.451.430
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Franz sent us the following components:- brake disc 380x30 mm from Porsche 991 GT3 part no.: 991.351.405.81
- brake caliper from Porsche 991 GT3 / GT3RS / GT2RS / 718 Cayman GT4 part no.: 991.351.429 / 991.451.430
- You will receive a matching material certificate for each custom-made product
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested in our workshop to check that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it often happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance. Thanks to the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
Once Franz has given his approval, we mill the brake tuning adapter for the Porsche 911 to a precise fit
Then it is sent to the surface finisher
