3-D Prototyping

The final prototype for the BMW E30 is tested in our workshop

We check whether the brake system of the BMW E46 (OE: 34116765881 / 882) and the matching 325x25mm brake disc (OE: 34116864047) fit perfectly and whether there are any defects.

We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it often happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance.

Thanks to the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits. Here you can see how the 3D model was drawn.

Production

Once the Epytec Tuning Adapter has been tested and approved, we mill the brake tuning adapter for the front axle of the BMW E30 to an exact fit.

Then it is taken to the surface finisher

Installation and Test

The brake tuning adapter has now arrived from the surface tuner, and we were able to test fit the brake system of the BMW E46 to the front axle of the BMW E30 and deliver an awesome brake system to our customer
