Brake caliper adapter for Brembo/ Porsche 6-piston brake calipers ZR 17 in combination with the R32 brake disc 334x32mm on all VW vehicles with 5x100 bolt pattern mounting on the front axle. Installed in e.g.
- VW Golf 3 2.0l 16V and VR6 GTI
- VW Passat 2.0l 16V 35i and VR6 GTI
- VW Corrado 2.0l 16V and VR6 GTI

Required components:
- Brake calipers:
- 6-piston Porsche Cayenne or VW Touareg (17-inch version) part number: 7L6 615 123 T and 7L6 615 124 T
- or alternatively also suitable
- 4-piston brake calipers BM5 from the VW Touareg, part number: 7L6 615 123 R / 7L6 615 149 A Brembo: 209236062A / 209236051A
- Brake pads from the 18-inch calipers are used, item no.: 7L0 698 151 J
- Brake discs from the Golf 4 R32 334x32 mm part number 1J0 615 301AA and 1J0 615 302 A

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel

The original brake pads from the brake caliper, which is required for our conversion kit, must always be used.
- Can I use other brake calipers as indicated in the required components?
No, unfortunately that is not possible, the reason being that all brake calipers have different height and depth measurements. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit the adapter at all or not run centrally to the brake disc. If you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you. You can have a custom-made product manufactured, check out the following link for more information:
