Suzuki Jimmy conversion to snow crawlers in the Tyrolean mountains (132973)

Here you can find out how we converted the whole thing so that the snow crawlers can be installed on the Suzuki Jimmy.

The customer request / problem:

Our customer Peter would like to install the following snow tracks on his Suzuki Jimmy so that it can be driven on the snowy slopes in the Tyrolean mountains.

Camoplast Tatou ATV T4s Quad Can Am tracks, these fit perfectly on the Suzuki Jimmy in terms of appearance and size

Our realisation / solution:

Our customer Peter ordered using our bolt circle adapter configurator.

Using our configurator, Peter was able to configure bolt circle adapters so that the snow crawlers could be fitted to the bolt circle of the Suzuki Jimmy.

Based on the dimensions entered, it turned out that the bolt circles overlap with 5x139.7 on 4x137 caterpillar operation and therefore a sandwhich adapter must be manufactured.

Delivery to Peter

Once we had produced the bolt circle adapters for Peter, we were able to send them directly to him in the Tyrolean mount

Installation and Test

Peter was now able to fit the bolt circle adapters for the Suzuki Jimmy directly in order to attach the snow tracks.

On the mounting picture of the bolt circle adapter you can see a track plate with 25mm, which is currently mounted, but technically this is not needed.
