Our realisation / solution:

Sent the following components

Jens sent us the following components to adapt the brake system on the front axle:
305x28mm brake disc from Fiat Abarth part no: 51885455
4-piston calipers from 997 Porsche part no: 997.351.421 / 422

Measurement:

After we have received the components from Jens, we check directly whether the complete system is realisable and whether an adaptation is possible.

To do this, we plug the brake system together.

You can clearly see that the complete system is possible.

CAD-Processing

After Jens us his "okay" for the offer. Can we precisely machine the brake caliper adapter for the Alfa Romeo 155 Q4 on the Porsche 977 brake system with the 308x25mm Abarth brake discs in our CAD program.

3-D Prototyping

The final prototype is tested directly in our workshop to see whether it is also compatible with the brake system for the Alfa Romeo 155 Q4.

We always work with a 3D model in advance, as it often happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account in advance on the tuning adapter. With the 3D test model, we can check exactly whether everything has been measured correctly. For example, it is checked whether the brake disc runs centrally and the brake pad is not over.

Production of the brake caliper tuning adapter

After everything fits and could be checked with the 3D test model, we can finally manufacture your brake caliper tuning adapter for the 4-piston Porsche brake system in connection with the Fiat Abarth 305x28mm brake discs.

After the brake tuning adapter from the surface refiner has arrived back at us and was sent directly to Jens. He has everything mounted and sent us super installation pictures of his new brake Tuning adapter - Thanks for that!
