Brake caliper adapter on models of Audi A4 B5 series for conversion to ZR17 brake calipers from Porsche Cayenne, combined with the 330x32 Mercedes brake discs.
The adapters are suitable for following vehicles:
- Audi A4 B5 YoC 1996-2001
- Audi A6 4B, C5 YoC 1997-2005
- VW Passat 3B2 YoC 1996-2000
- VW Passat 3B3 YoC 2000-2005

Required components:
- brake caliper: Porsche Cayenne or VW Tuareg ( 17 inch version) , reference 7L6 615 123 T and 7L6 615 124 T
- brake disc: Mercedes CLK 330x32mm , reference 210 421 2612.
- Hub holes must be modified to 68mm

Tips, information and notes:
- For better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. I already tried it and looks good, i didnt have the rotors yet, but on the original vw Phoenix wheels 17'' the brake caliper fits whith a small Gap but Will do the job and of course Will need a wheels spacer otherwise the caliper hits the wheel. Besides i didnt try already the rotors, with all the measurements i did a 5mm spacer should do the jobs and everything Will work, but with small clearences but im happy with that! The product looks good.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc.
