Reinforcement / reinforcing plate made of 10mm high quality laser-cut steel.
Thanks to our plate, the block becomes much more stable. The boost pressure and the engine performance are considerably improved.
Recommended for better performance and for engine conversion to a turbocharger.
For the conversion, the chain for the oil pump must be longer than the originals. You can order these directly from the accessories for this article.

- Why are the provided screws too long for me?
We deliberately include longer screws because the blocks have minimal differences, and some customers have sometimes needed longer screws to fully fill the threads, so everyone can cut the screws to the precise length to fully fill the threads.
- Is it normal that, when the plate is mounted with the bearing blocks, there is still a gap of about 1-2 mm between the plate and the cylinder block?
Yes, we have determined that there are tolerances in the blocks and the included bushings were partially too short because of this, so we have made the bushings to the highest known measurement. If the plate does not sit perfectly for you, you can adjust the bushings to your desired measurement accordingly.
- What is the torque of the screws in this set in Nm?
We recommend tightening the screws in the first pass, from the inside out, (same order as for the cylinder head) with 60Nm and then with 80Nm.
