As soon as you have sent us your components for your larger brake system, we check whether the complete system is feasible and whether an adaptation is possible. To do this, we assemble your brake system together on a trial basis and check whether an adaptation is possible.

Measurement by Epytec

If you give us your "okay" for the offer, we start with the exact measurement for your brake caliper tuning adapter. The cornerstones of the measurement are our A, B, C and D dimensions (height and depth dimensions of the adapter), as well as the thread of the axle and the brake caliper to be adapted

CAD processing

Afterwards we can design your brake caliper adapter for the brake system exactly in our CAD programme.

3D-Modell for testing

From the CAD-Data we create a 3D-Test model and transfer directly to our 3D printer

We always print a 3D test model in advance to be able to exclude any measurement errors or other collision points that may have occurred. Furthermore, we can also check that the brake caliper runs exactly in the centre of the brake disc and that the brake pad sits correctly on the brake disc and does not protrude from the outer edge of the brake disc.

Your individual brake caliper adapter

After the 3D test model fits exactly, we can finally produce your brake caliper tuning adapter for your desired brake system.

Once the brake caliper adapter has been milled, it is sent for surface finishing and galvanised in blue. This ensures that the brake caliper adapters do not directly accumulate rust and have a surface protection.
