Brake caliper adapter to convert the rear axle from the Audi S6 C4 series to Porsche Cayenne brake calipers.
The combination is installed in conjunction with the 310x22 mm Phaeton brake discs.
The Porsche callipers are connected to the vehicle's hydraulic system and can therefore develop enormous braking power. However, as these do not have handbrake functions, the rear Golf 4 R32 brake calliper is also used as a handbrake calliper. The hydraulic connection is sealed with a dummy plug. This therefore only serves as a handbrake calliper.
Adapters are suitable for the following vehicles:
- Audi A6/ S6 C4
- VW Passat B5 Typ 3B

- Brake calipers from Porsche Cayenne rear axle part no.: (written on the calipers, rear number distinguishes right and left caliper) 955.352.421 + 955.352.422 (only 100% compatible with the specified Porsche calipers) Brembo Left: 20.7673.03 Right: 20.7673.04
- original brake callipers with carrier for handbrake from Golf 4 R32 part number:
- Part number brake caliper: 8N0615423C / 8N0 615 424C
- Part number brake calliper carrier: 1J0615425
- original Phaeton brake disc 310x22 mm part number: 3D0 615 601 D

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
