Conversion kit für all BMW E30 models to install the wheel hub of BMW E46 and E36 with 5x120 PCD.
The adapter bushs / bushings and the nuts are made of high-strength steel and black galvanized.
Assembly:
The adapter buchs are simply placed on the original E30 axle stub. Then the E36/E46 hub with the original E36/E46 bearings and the dust cover can then be placed over it and then screwed with the nuts (with lock function).
You can reset the original state at any time.
Brake caliper adapters for larger brake systems are available in our shop,e.g under article number 149.
The axle track is then 7mm wider on each side.
If you want to keep the original brake system or a large brake system where the brake discs have a different bolt pattern such as 5x120, we can simply re-drill the brake discs for you -> you can find the article -> by clicking here

- Socket wrench insert with wrench size 46 for mounting the wheel hub

FAQ: Häufige Fragen
Sollte ich die Anker- bzw. Staubbleche entfernen?
Wir empfehlen das Entfernen der Bleche, da sie die Belüftung einschränken. Ohne diese Barriere wird die Bremse effizienter gekühlt und bleibt auch bei starker Beanspruchung leistungsfähig.
Wie erleichtere ich mir die Felgenmontage?
Mit Radmontagehilfen gelingt das Ausrichten und Aufsetzen der Felge einfacher und präziser. Das schützt Gewinde und Felge und spart Zeit.
Benötige ich Spurverbreiterungen nach dem Umbau?
Welche Felgengröße passt, lässt sich pauschal nicht sagen. Streift die Felge minimal am Bremssattel, schaffen Spurverbreiterungen den nötigen Abstand.
Brauche ich neue Bremsleitungen?
Für optimale Passform und stabile Bremswirkung empfehlen wir Stahlflex. Diese sind konfigurierbar und liefern konstantere Ergebnisse als Gummileitungen.

The product is great. I was surprised to see how well packaged the item was. Came in an Epytec box, that had foam padding and the product itself was protected with a plastic mesh in a lockable plastic bag. The surface finish is excellent and tolerances are just tight enough to fit the adapter adapter by hand onto the E30 spindle. The only slightly negative thing I want to mention (which is not a reflection on the product) is that I got the instructions for a brake calliper adapter and not for the hub adapter so I looked up the original torque values from BMW. Around 270Nm. All in all this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Sehr gute Passgenauigkeit. Ich würde allerdings empfehlen den Adapter innen dünn mit Fett zu bestreichen, da es sonst nicht möglich ist den Adapter zerstörungsfrei zu demontieren im Fall der Fälle. Ergebnis nach Einbau wie zu erwarten. Kinderleichter Umbau auf 5x120 Lochkreis mittels einer Radnabe vom E36 und E46. Dadurch kann eine Vielzahl an Felgen auf dem E30 gefahren werden und nicht nur eine kleine Auswahl.

The original brake pads from the brake caliper, which is required for our conversion kit, must always be used.

No, unfortunately that is not possible, the reason being that all brake calipers have different height and depth measurements. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit the adapter at all or not run centrally to the brake disc. If you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you. You can have a custom-made product manufactured, check out the following link for more information:
