With our large high-performance brake system kit for the Golf 4 Audi A3 Audi TT series and many other vehicles, you can convert your front axle to a 6-piston brake system and achieve ideal performance.
This kit includes:
- Brake calipers: Porsche Panamera 6-piston brake calipers
- Brake discs: 360x32mm Audi RS4 B5
With this high-performance brake system kit / Big Brake Kit, you can use the Porsche Panamera 6-piston brake calipers in combination with the 360x32mm brake discs from the Audi RS4 B5.
The large brake system kit is not only sporty but also suitable for everyday use and, thanks to the drilled sports brake discs in combination with our ceramic brake pads, delivers ideal performance while simultaneously reducing brake dust, temperature and wear.
Another advantage of our brake system kit is that it uses the same original brake calipers and brake discs that are also installed in production vehicles. These OE parts not only make replacing the brakes simple and straightforward, but also make TÜV approval easier.
With this high-performance brake kit you can get started right away and have everything you need to convert your front axle to a 6-piston brake system.

As the RS brake disc would come into contact with the control arm due to its overall height, we have developed 8mm spacers that are mounted underneath the brake disc. This moves the brake discs further outward. The spacers also ensure that the brake disc is perfectly centered on the steering knuckle. The spacers are, of course, included in the scope of delivery.
Advantages of this brake system:
- Our components, such as brake calipers and brake discs, come from production vehicles and are OE parts. This makes replacing the brakes simple and straightforward and facilitates TÜV approval.
- the material certificate included in the scope of delivery can enable approval through individual inspection, even for production vehicles
- high-performance brake pads with a longer service life than original brake pads
- extremely high braking performance, also in combination with our rear axle brake system
- fits the models listed above directly and can therefore be easily converted back to the original condition at any time
- our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require you to send in your original parts, nor do they require any welding modifications, milling or drilling.

- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims.
