Brake caliper adapter including wheel hub, front axle, on model T3 transporter, for converstion to the internally ventilated 312x25mm brake discs, combined with the Audi A6 calipers.
Suitable for VW T3 transporter built before 1986 with M12 screw mount on the axle
Advantages of this brake system are:

- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase
- quick and easy assembly with the supplied mounting screws
Required components:
- brake caliper: Audi 100/A6 C4 Girling/ ATE 57, reference 4A0615123A + 4A0615124A
- brake disc: Audi A4 quattro, Audi A6 312x25 mm, reference 4B0 615 301 A
- brake caliper mounting brackets that were installed with the 288 brake system. (required because of the shorter design of the bracket)
- wheel hubs to center the brake disc are also available in our shop.
At least 16 inch rims should be used so that the diameter of the brake disc fits.

Sollte ich die Anker- bzw. Staubbleche entfernen?
Wir empfehlen das Entfernen der Bleche, da sie die Belüftung einschränken. Ohne diese Barriere wird die Bremse effizienter gekühlt und bleibt auch bei starker Beanspruchung leistungsfähig.
Wie erleichtere ich mir die Felgenmontage?
Mit Radmontagehilfen gelingt das Ausrichten und Aufsetzen der Felge einfacher und präziser. Das schützt Gewinde und Felge und spart Zeit.
Benötige ich Spurverbreiterungen nach dem Umbau?
Welche Felgengröße passt, lässt sich pauschal nicht sagen. Streift die Felge minimal am Bremssattel, schaffen Spurverbreiterungen den nötigen Abstand.
Brauche ich neue Bremsleitungen?
Für optimale Passform und stabile Bremswirkung empfehlen wir Stahlflex. Diese sind konfigurierbar und liefern konstantere Ergebnisse als Gummileitungen.

Die Teile an sich waren Qualitativ einwandfrei, haben aber an meine Achschenkel (vor Bj85 wie bestellt) nicht gepasst. Ich habe dann an die gegenüber liegende Seite der Anlageflächen vom alten bremssattel Flächen fräsen lassen, an diesen liegt dann der epytec Adapter an. Dann hat die Sache funktioniert. Zur Info vielleicht: der Abstand alte anlagefläche zur neuen von mir gefrästen sind 20mm.
