With our large high-performance brake system kit for the Golf 1, 2, 3 series (narrow axle) and many other vehicles, you can convert your front axle to a 6-piston brake system and achieve ideal performance.
This kit includes:
- Brake calipers: Porsche ZR17 / ZL17 6-piston brake calipers
- Brake discs: 334x32 Golf 4 R32
With this high-performance brake system kit / Big Brake Kit you can use the Porsche ZR17 / ZL17 6-piston brake calipers in combination with the 334x32 mm brake discs from the Golf 4 R32.
The large brake system kit is not only sporty, but also suitable for everyday use and, thanks to the drilled sport brake discs in combination with our ceramic pads, enables ideal performance while simultaneously reducing brake dust, temperature and wear.
Another advantage of our brake system kit is that it is equipped with the same original brake calipers and brake discs that are also installed in production vehicles. These OE parts not only make replacing the brakes easy and straightforward, but also make TÜV approval easier.
With this high-performance brake kit you can get started right away and have everything you need to convert your front axle to a 6-piston brake system.
The large high-performance brake system kit / Big Brake Kit is suitable for the following vehicles:
- Golf 1 ( only if the G60 wheel bearing housing is installed )
- VW Golf 2 and 3
- VW Passat
- VW Corrado
- VW Jetta

- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description.
