Simple and very fast conversion of the tension pulley. For conversion to 1.8T engine on model Golf 1 Scirocco and Caddy 14d with our tension pulley adapter. 

Absolutely necessary if you convert your Golf MK1, Scirocco and Caddy 14d to 1,8T. This is then converted to the mechanical tensioning pulley.

The adapter is suitable for all 1,8T 20V and 1,9 TDI engines from the VW Golf 4 Audi series with the following engine code:

  • 1,8l 20vT 110–221 kW
  • 1,9 TDI which were installed in the Golf 4.

  • 110 kW: AEB, AGU, AJH, APH, ARX, ARZ, ATW, AUM, AVC, AWD, AWL, AWW, BJX, BKF, BKV

I have chosen this score because the installation manual could have been a little more detailed. Also the article on the web site could have said more clearly that I actually needed the roller wheel in addition. I didnt understand that.
