il pan / sump baffle plate made of high-strength aluminium for all BMW models with M20 engine, e.g on models E21, E30, 320i, 323i, 325i, 520i
No welding is required by our design! The plate is simply screwed to the standard oil pan.
Our baffle plate prevents in extreme turns that the air from being sucked in instead of oil. This can result in a bearing damage. Likewise, the foaming of the oil is prevented by the baffle!
Absolutely necessary for slalom / circuit and for fast turns.
