Engine and gearbox mounting bracket set for the Golf MK2 Corrado Jetta Vento Passat conversion.
We have developed this KIT to generate the following advantages for you during the conversion:
- you save yourself the complex and laborious changing of the axle. You can use our kit with any axle, whether it's a 4-cylinder or a 6-cylinder axle
- no more engine tipping. Thanks to high-quality polyurethane bearings, the engine sits better than the original
- the gearbox and the engine sit no longe too high. - Our set is adjustable, so you no longer have to irritate the cylinder head and other mounting parts on the engine hood/bonnet
- the brackets create an optimal center of gravity.
- thanks to the row of holes and the oblong holes, the engine and the gearbox seat can be ideally adjusted to your needs (the frequent problem of hitting the hood will never happen again)
- very fast engine and transmission conversion "plug and play" possible

Due to the stable construction (6mm high-quality steel ST52) and the accuracy of fit, the gearbox bracket can be attached to the original support/holder. Which means that a precise fit of the gearbox can be guaranteed. This also means that no welding is required on the body, which saves you a lot of time when converting.
We have developed this kit for the following engines with VW Golf 2 subframe / assembly support/holder:
- 4-cylinder engines (all except 1.3L) e.g.: 1.8T 1.8 2.0l G60, etc...
Combined with the following gearboxes:
- 5-speed 02A / 02J
Important! We also have the right drive shafts for your conversion. Please take a look at the matching accessories, there you can order them at the same time and save money in the set.
