Opel Astra H Brake Tuning on the Megane RS Brake Calipers with the Corsa OPC NRE Performance kit 330mm
The customer request / problem:
Our customer Niklas would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Opel Astra H (5-hole) front axle:
- brake disc: Corsa OPC NRE Performance kit 330mm Brembo System
- brake caliper: Corsa OPC / Megane RS / Alfa Romeo, part no.: 208676021a
- brake caliper: Alfa Romeo - 77362676 / 77362677
- brake disc 330mm: Opel - 13453672
- brake pads: Alfa Romeo - 71770978
If necessary, track plates must be used. For example, if you want to use the original Opel 7.5J18 rims.
Our realisation / solution:
- Niklas ordered via our brake caliper configurator
- Based on the entered measurements, a prototype is created with our 3D printer. This saves Niklas the money for a CAD drawing.

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Niklas in advance so that he can test whether everything fits perfectly and the brake system on the Opel Astra H fits. Niklas also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After approval from Niklas, we now machine the tuning adapter for the Opel Astra exactly. Then it's taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake caliper tuning adapter has returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Niklas.He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new cool brake tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
