Our customer Felix would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Audi 80.Front axle with the stub axle from the Audi A4 B5 (OEM 8D0501653B)
- Alfa Romeo Brera 3.2 4-Kolben brake caliper, OEM 77363536
- Alfa Romeo Brera 3.2 brake pads, OEM 71765647
- 323x30mm brake disc from Audi S6 Plus C4 front, OEM 4D0 615 301 A
- 269x22mm brake disc from Audi S6 Plus C4, OEM 857 615 601
- brake caliper from Audi A4 / S4 B5, OEM: 8D0 615 423
- Caliper bracket from Audi V8, Audi A8 und Audi A6, OEM 447615425B 5x112
- Wheel hubs, OEM 4A0501653C

- Based on the entered dimensions, a prototype is created with our 3D printer. This saves Felix the money for a CAD drawing.
You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.
3-D Prototyping
The finished prototype is sent to Felix advance so that we can test whether everything fits exactly and the brake system fits on his Audi A80 . Felix also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken into account on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Manufacturing
After Felix approval, now we machine the tuning adapter for the Audi A80 B2 exactly. Then he's taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and test
The brake tuning adapter arrived back from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Felix He installed everything and sent us great installation pictures of his new tuning adapter - many thanks for that!
