Clutch booster kit with new multi-plate discs, suitable for all DSG 6-speed DQ250 (02E) gearboxes, installed in e.g: Golf 5 Eos Beetle Passat Audi A3 TT and many more.
The clutch on DQ250 gearboxes usually starts to slip at 450 Nm. With our reinforcement kit, you no longer have this problem. With our kit, power transmission up to 700 Nm is no problem.
Our kit is designed in such a way that one more disc plate is installed than the original. This gives you significantly more friction surface and therefore better power transmission.
Our kit consists of:
- 6x large steel intermediate discs
- 5x large louvre discs
- 6x steel intermediate disc small
- 6x louvre discs small
- 1x steel cover disc small

You can choose between the following options:
Without clutch basket
- With this option, you get the individual parts to install yourself
with clutch basket in advance
- With this option, we install the plates and steel discs directly into your clutch basket.
- Please select and pay for this option.
- send your clutch basket to us: Epytec GmbH, Neuhäuser 10, 79244 Münstertal
- We will remove your old clutch discs and reinstall the new ones.
- The delivery time is approx. 2 weeks after receipt of your clutch basket
with clutch basket in exchange
- With this option, we install the plates and steel discs directly into one of our clutch baskets.
- The delivery time is approx. 2 weeks after receipt of payment.
- If you then send your clutch basket to us: Epytec GmbH, Neuhäuser 10, 79244 Münstertal we will refund you a deposit of 500€.
- The only requirement is that the clutch basket is fully functional and has no visual defects
