With our large high-performance brake kit for the VW Passat, Audi A4 B5 and many other vehicles, you can upgrade your front axle to a 6-piston braking system and achieve ideal performance.
This kit includes:
- Brake calipers: Porsche ZR17 / ZL17 6-piston brake calipers
- Brake discs: 330x32 mm Mercedes CLK
With this high-performance brake kit / Big Brake Kit, you can use the Porsche ZR17 / ZL17 6-piston brake calipers in combination with the 330x32 mm brake discs from the Mercedes CLK on the VW Passat, Audi A4 B5 and many other vehicles.
The large brake kit is not only sporty but also suitable for everyday use. Thanks to the drilled sports brake discs in combination with our ceramic brake pads, it delivers ideal performance while simultaneously reducing brake dust, temperature and wear.
Another advantage of our brake kit is that it uses the same original brake calipers and brake discs that are also installed in production vehicles. These OE parts not only make brake replacement simple and straightforward but also facilitate TÜV registration.
With this high-performance brake kit, you can get started straight away and have everything you need to upgrade your front axle to a 6-piston braking system.
The large high-performance brake kit / Big Brake Kit is suitable for the following vehicles:
- Audi A4 B5 Year of manufacture 1996-2001
- Audi A6 4B, C5 Year of manufacture 1997-2005
- VW Passat 3B2 Year of manufacture 1996-2000
- VW Passat 3B3 Year of manufacture 2000-2005

- Our components, such as brake calipers and brake discs, come from production vehicles and are OE parts. This makes brake replacement simple and straightforward and facilitates TÜV registration.
- The material certificate included in the scope of delivery can also enable registration through individual approval for production vehicles
- High-performance brake pads with a longer service life than original pads
- Extremely high deceleration values, also in combination with our rear axle braking system
- Direct fit for the models listed above, allowing easy conversion back to the original condition at any time
- Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require you to send in your original parts or carry out any welding, milling or drilling modifications.

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description.
