Brake caliper adapter for driving Porsche 996 rear brake calipers in combination with 280 mm G60 VR6 GTI 16V front brake discs on the rear axle.
Adapters are suitable for the following models:
- Ibiza 6L
- Polo 9N
- Audi A1
Advantages of this brake system:
- Top deceleration values! No comparison to conventional rear brake discs

- Easy to restore to original condition
Technology:
The brake calliper adapters are fitted between the axle beam and axle journal. The longer bolts required for this are included in the scope of delivery. The track is widened by approx. 16 mm per side.Not authorised in the STVO area. However, the material certificate included in the scope of delivery can be used to enable registration via individual approval, even for series vehicles.
We offer brake calliper adapters suitable for the front axle for conversion to the Porsche brake system in conjunction with the R32 brake disc. Take a look in our shop!

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, which you can use to assemble and then install them according to your requirements. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
