Important note regarding the production of your centering rings
Our centering rings are produced fully automatically and according to fixed standard geometries. This is how we guarantee you maximum precision, consistent quality, and fast delivery times.
Individual changes to the shape – such as special chamfers, edges, radii, or special machining – are not possible. Even upon request, we unfortunately cannot deviate from this, as our entire production process is designed around it.
Is a specific dimension (A, B, or C dimension) missing from the configurator?
Then feel free to send us an email with your desired dimensions. We will check whether we can add these dimensions to our system and offer them in the future.

- Can these centering rings also be used as centering rings for rims?
No, these centering rings are exclusively intended for the centering of brake discs and are not suitable for use with rims. The geometry and design are significantly different from classic rim-centering rings.
Centering rings for brake discs are used to accurately center brake discs with larger hub bores on the wheel hub. This ensures that the brake disc sits absolutely centered and runs smoothly. Our centering rings are specially manufactured for this purpose and consist of precisely crafted metal components.
Rim-centering rings, on the other hand, are used to adapt rims with a larger center bore to smaller wheel hubs. These are structurally different and are usually made of plastic or aluminum, as they have different loads and installation situations.
For this reason, our brake disc-centering rings are not suitable for rims and should exclusively be used for the centering of brake discs.
- How much tolerance do we have in the manufacturing of the centering rings?
We manufacture our centering rings very precisely. The manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05 mm, meaning:

This ensures that the centering ring fits cleanly and reliably in the intended centering and provides correct guidance/centering of the components. It is, of course, also important that the mating surfaces (hub/disc/rim) are clean and burr-free – then everything fits perfectly.
