Brake caliper adapter BMW X1 X2 2 Series Mini 356x22mm brake disc Porsche Cayenne brake caliper 4 pistons

Brake caliper adapter for the rear axle of the BMW X1, X2 2 Series and Mini to the Z18 4-piston brake system in conjunction with the original brake caliper

The brake calliper adapters allow the rear axle of the BMW X1 (F48 / F49), X2 (F39), 2 Series (F45 / F46) and Mini Clubmen (F54) to be converted to high-performance Z18 4-piston brake callipers in combination with the original brake calliper with large 356x22 mm brake discs. This upgrade ensures improved braking performance and sportier deceleration.

The adapters fit the following vehicles with this wheel bearing housing number: 6851580-A

  • BMW X2 (F39)
  • BMW X1 (F48)
  • BMW 2er (F45 / F46)
  • Mini Clubman (F54)

  • Original brake pads: Part number 34206885600, 6885600
  • Z18 4-piston brake calipper:

    • OE number left: 955.352.421
    • OE number right: 955.352.422
  • Brake pads

    • 4L0 698 451 D
  • Brake discs 356x22mm from Audi A6:

    • OE number: 4H0 615 601 F
    • OE number: 4H0 615 601 L
    • OE number: 4H0 615 601 P

  • 2x brake calliper adapter for BMW X2, X1, BMW 2 Series and Mini Clubman

  • Welche Felgengröße du nach deinem Bremsenumbau fahren kannst, können wir pauschal nicht beantworten. Es gibt einfach zu viele unterschiedliche Felgen. Es kann in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass die Felgen am Bremssattel minimal anliegt, dann können einfach Spurverbreiterungen verwendet werden. >> Jetzt direkt zu Spurverbreiterungen nach Wunsch <<
  • Den Adapter mit den benötigten Komponenten zu verbauen, um anschließend zu prüfen, ob ggf. neue Bremsleitungen benötigt werden, da es je nach Modell sein kann, das die alten nicht lang genug sind, oder vom Anschluss her nicht passen.   • Das Handbremsseil muss immer vom verbauten Sattel verwendet werden, das heißt, es kann sein, dass das neue Handbremsseil noch etwas angepasst werden muss. Bei Umbauten in dem der Original Sattel weiterverwendet wird und das Original Handbremsseil verwendet werden kann, kann es sein, dass du es auf direkterem Weg verlegen musst um den größeren Scheibendurchmesser und den längeren Weg auszugleichen

  • Can I also use other brake discs as specified in the required components?
  • No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason is simply: all brake calipers have different heights and depths. If another brake disc is installed, the brake caliper would either not fit on the adapter or not run in the middle of the brake disc. But if you want to install a different brake caliper, we also have an option for you.
