Simple and quick engine conversion with our BMW engine mounts.
Our engine cradle allows the installation of M60 M62 S62 engine in BMW E30 E36 Z3. These engines are serially installed in all BMW E32, E34, E38 and E39.
On vehicles with air conditioning the original right handed motor cradle fixes the air compressor. On the ones without, the original motor cradle is not necessary. Conversions on V8 engine with air conditioning do require some modifications.
Ideal for this conversion is a front axle lowering of at least 10mm (20mm is even better) to get enough space between the axle and the hood so that the drive rod can be aligned straight. Corresponding axle lowering blocks can also be found in our shop.
Original E32, E34, E38, E39 engine rubbers with a height of approx. 70-75mm are used

Die alte Version der Halter hat mir persönlich etwas besser gefallen, da die aktuelle Version durch das Biegen der bereits gelaserten Teile einen relativ ungünstigen Verzug an den unteren Bohrlöchern aufweist. Lässt sich bei der Materialstärke sicher nicht vermeiden, muss aber so nochmal nachgearbeitet werden. Bei einem bereits galvanisierten Teil ist das schade und nicht optimal.
