Our customer Reiner would like to install the following brake conversion with these components on his VW T4 bus:
- 360x34mm ATE brake disc from VW Phaeton 3D 3,0 3,2 3,6 4,2 5,0 6,0 W12 part no: 047820003
- brake caliper Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi RS4, RS6 und R8 part no: 8 EO 615 105 AH Brembo part no: 20 76 75 02
- brake pads from Phaeton W12, Brembo no. WVA 23751, 23764, 23765
Our realization / solution:
Our customer Reiner sent us a drawing and we were able to use it to produce the tuning brake caliper adapter for the VW T4 bus.
- brake caliper Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi RS4, RS6 und R8 part no: 8 EO 615 105 AH Brembo no: 20 76 75 02
- brake pads from Phaeton W12, Brembo Nr. WVA 23751, 23764, 23765
- 360x34mm ATE brake disc from VW Phaeton 3D 3,0 3,2 3,6 4,2 5,0 6,0 W12 part no: 047820003
Production
After Reiner's approval, we now machine the tuning brake caliper adapter for the VW T4 bus to a precise fit.
Afterwards it is taken to the surface refiner.
After the brake tuning adapter has been returned to us by the surface refiner, it is sent directly to Reiner.
