Our customer Werner needs two new matching stainless steel flanges for his turbocharger.
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Werner sent us the following components for implementation:
- Turbocharger
For each custom-made product you will receive a matching material certificate
Measuring / drawing production
We measured the turbocharger and created the drawings, which you can see here:
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested in our workshop to make sure that everything fits perfectly and that there are no defects.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After approval from Werner, we now mill the stainless steel flanges for the turbocharger to a precise fit.
Installation and Test
The stainless steel flanges have now arrived and we were able to mount and test everything and deliver them to Werner.
