E-bike adapter made for conversion according to customer sample
The customer's request / problem:
Our customer has installed a larger rear wheel on his e-bike and as a result the stand no longer touched the ground. He therefore needs a stand extension for his e-bike.
Our realisation / solution:
Our customer sent us the following components:
- original stand mount
He marked on the part which hight he needed at which point and we were able to take the measurements for the adapter and transfer them into the CAD.
You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.
Production
After approval from our customer, we now mill the adapter for the e-bike to a precise fit. It is then taken to the surface finisher.
Our customer ordered 2 adapters at once so that he also has an adapter in stock for further projects.
Installation and Test
The adapter has returned to us from the surface refiner and was sent directly to the customer. The customer has mounted everything and can now place his e-bike on the stand again without any problems.
