Camber correction plates according to customer's sketch for the rigid axle on Hyundai I20N
The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Dirk needs camber correction plates for the rigid axle of his Hyundai I20N.
With camber correction plates you have the following advantages, you can either correct your one-sided worn tyres and bring even more grip to the road or you want to achieve exactly the opposite and drive high cornering speeds and have a cool look.
Our realisation / solution:
Dirk sent us a sketch of what the camber correction plates for the Hyundai I20N should look like.
Based on the sketch, we can create the drawing in our CAD programme.
You will receive a matching material certificate for every custom-made product.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Dirk in advance so that we can test whether everything fits perfectly and whether the camber correction plates are suitable for the rigid axle on the Hyundai I20N.
Dirk also told us that 1-2 small changes have to be made to the tuning adapter so that everything fits 100%.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Dirk's approval, we now mill the camber correction plates tuning adapter for the Hyundai I20N to a precise fit. Finally, it is sent to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The camber correction plates returned from the surface refiner and were sent directly to Dirk.
