Brake conversion BMW E34 525i Touring to the brake caliper of the BMW E92 335i with the original fitting 336x22mm brake disc
The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Petar would like to install the following brake system with these components on his BMW E34 525i Touring yoc 95 front axle:
- E90/91 336x22mm brake disc, part no.: 34216764655
- E90/91 335i brake caliper, part no.: 34 11 6 773 201
Our realisation / solution:
Petar has provided us with a sample.
Based on this sample we can create the drawing for the tuning adapter of Petar and his BMW E34 525i Touring yoc 95 to adapt the brake system of the BMW E91 335i
Production
After Gert's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the BMW E34 525i Turing yoc 95 to fit exactly. The adapter is then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The brake tuning adapter arrived back from the surface refiner and was sent directly to Petar.
