Audi S2 complete brake tuning conversion on front and rear axle

Our customer Karsten would like to install the following brake system with these components on his Audi S2 front and rear axle:

Our customer Karsten sent us the following components to adapt on the front and rear axle:

3-D Prototyping

The final prototype is tested directly in our workshop to see if it fits with the brake system on the Audi S2.

We always work with a 3D-model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.

Production

After Karsten's approval, we now mill the brake tuning adapter for the Audi S2 to a precise fit. Afterwards, it is taken to the surface refiner.

Installation and Test

The brake tuning adapter has now arrived at our surface refiner and we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system to our customer.
