Our realisation / solution:
Our customer Christian sent us the following components for the conversion of the Audi S1 Urquattro. Then we assembled the components once to measure the required tuning adapter and brake disc pots.

3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is tested directly in our workshop to see if it fits with the 4-piston brake system on the Audi S1 Urquattro.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits
Production
After checking the perfect fit in our workshop, we now machine the tuning adapters and brake disc pots for the Audi S1 Urquattro to a perfect fit. Afterwards, they are taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and test
The brake tuning adapters have now arrived from the surface tuner, we were able to test fit everything and deliver a great brake system to Christian.
