The customer's request / problem:
Our customer Torsten needs a wheel spacer for his Audi A1 to further improve his driving stability and cornering. For this purpose, he sent us a sample template and his axle journal.

Our customer Torsten has provided us with the following sample template including the axle pivot of the Audi A1, which we are to copy for him.

For each custom-made product you will receive a matching material certificate for registration.
We can measure the pattern template and transfer it to our CAD programme to create the 3D pattern.
3-D Prototyping
The final prototype is sent to Torsten in advance, so that he can test if everything fits perfectly and if the wheel spacer tuning adapters fit on the Audi A1.
Torsten told us after the test fitting that 1-2 small changes should be made so that everything fits exactly. We implemented these directly and can now start with the production of the wheel spacer tuning adapters.
We always work with a 3D model in advance, because it always happens that certain dimensions and conditions cannot be taken on the tuning adapter in advance. With the 3D model, we can be sure that everything fits.
Production
After Torsten's approval, we now mill the wheel spacer adapters for the Audi A1 to fit exactly. They are then taken to the surface refiner.
Installation and Test
The wheel spacer plates are back from the surface refiner and were sent directly to Torsten.
